Located on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift, the apartment opens onto a large living room / dining room equipped with a TV and wifi access, an open-plan kitchen, where you will find everything you need (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press). Perfect for cooking up some nice dishes! In the bathroom, you will find an Italian shower, an iron, a hairdryer and a washing machine. A bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a camp bed make up the sleeping area. A beautiful terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun. A parking space for a small car in a private underground car park completes this rental (a large vehicle such as an SUV, 4x4 or similar cannot be parked there).
