Excellent location, centrally located to all the main historical sites just a few minutes walk. All restaurants,major shopping stores, entertainment, train, bus all along Gran Via a few steps outside the hotel. Exceptional view from the hotel 360 roof top of the city, great patio, bar and restaurants...a huge highlight of our trip. Lobby staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, wide selection of breakfast items. Rooms and beds well kept and serviced daily. My family and I had an amazing time and felt the consistency of service of RIU chain of hotels. I would highly recommend for family vacation or couples. Perfect location.

Terrific lodging option close to Atocha train station, Retiro Park, the Botanic Gardens and the museums. Staff were kind and professional. The room was spotless. View was of the elevator shaft! Still, I would highly recommend this professionally-run option and would stay here again when next in Madrid.
