On the ground floor, a 27 m² living room opening onto the terrace and garden creates a welcoming space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas and electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, full range of utensils, traditional and pod coffee machines, kettle, toaster) to make preparing meals easy. You’ll also find a washing machine, freezer, iron and hairdryer for added convenience.

The house has three bedrooms (two on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine) and sleeps a total of six (two double beds and two single beds). A bathroom with shower and a toilet complete the interior layout. Individual electric heating and hot water via an electric water heater.
Outside, make the most of the furnished terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sun lounger and barbecue for your time outdoors. A garage and private parking make your arrival easier, and a bike storage room is available. A dedicated office space is provided for work or occasional internet use.
