"The property itself is really nice but checking in is a bit more difficult. When you arrive at the property you are presented with the phone number to call the reception which is located somewhere else. When I called up the woman on the phone was not very helpful and trying to give me directions to get to reception which are down the road across the Roundabout up the hill and about one kilometer away. Once I got checked in the rest of it was fairly straightforward getting back to the property...

"Nice renovated and modern B&B. Room was ok. Bed stands were a little dirty. Breakfast was small but sufficient. We had the room towards the hill side of the house so we only had a side window with no view which felt a little like in a prison due to very little light coming in. The B&B has some nice possibility to sit outside but due to horrible mosquitos it was not possible to use this. Also this location is located around 2km outside of the city. One fast and cheap option to get to La Spezia is...
