"The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. "A wonderful villa at peaceful location! Checking in was smooth, all details provided, house was clean. Just amazing place, with wonderful interior and exterior, all the appliances you might need for your stay. Bright interior with open space, perfect setup to relax and enjoy. Very peaceful location, no noise, with a view you wona€™t ever forget. With a short stroll you can reach the store, restaurants, bar. The villa also offers shelter against wind. One of the best if not the best stay Ia€™ve had, and I travel for more than 100 days per year. Superb!"

"The main pool bar and restaurant was being renovated during our stay. Some guests were advised by their travel agent up front . We were not informed. I contacted Expedia during my stay but have been told that there is nothing they can do. The hotel is a five star which I particularly have been looking at for a while and finally booked as part of a significant birthday celebration. The hotel is beautiful to look at but has no soul. It’s like a library. I wasn’t looking for the equivalent to a beach club but I was looking for a bit of life and fun. This had none. The lack of life combined with the drilling and banging of the renovation round the pool has made this a very disappointing stay. Unless you want the ultimate in peace and quiet I would not recommend the hotel"

"Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war leider sehr enttäuschend.Der Whirlpool hat über den Großteil unseres Aufenthalts nicht richtig funktioniert und einmal ist er komplett ausgefallen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mehrfach gesagt, dass es „normal“ sei, dass der Whirlpool nicht richtig heizt – was für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist, wenn dies als Ausstattung angeboten wird.Zusätzlich gab es erhebliche Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung. Während unseres Aufenthalts musste das Warmwassergerät ausgetauscht werden, da zuvor bereits kein Warmwasser vorhanden war. Doch selbst nach dem Austausch ist das Warmwasser erneut ausgefallen.Im Apartment selbst gab es mehrere hygienische Probleme: Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich Schimmel über der Klimaanlage, im Wohnzimmer riecht es stark muffig (Putz fällt von der Wand ab) und auch im Badezimmer ist über der Dusche deutlich Schimmel sichtbar. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung sehr stickig, da kaum Luftzirkulation vorhanden ist.Besonders störend war auch die Geräuschkulisse im Schlafzimmer. Durch zwei Durchbrüche mit Belüftungssystem ist es nachts sehr laut, sodass erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich ist. Zusätzlich hört man ständig Geräusche, als würde Wasser ausgeschüttet werden.Alles in allem entspricht diese Unterkunft in keiner Weise den Erwartungen. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich keinen Stern vergeben."

"Fantastic property with roof terrace ( bonus for sun worshiper’s ) the property is well stocked with all the things you need for self catering, excellent WiFi with free view tv, 2 toilets with bath/showers and 2 comfy double beds. The outside space was spot on, nice and quiet area central to all locations, can’t wait to go back !"

"Lovely very big clean villa with lovely clean large pool in a great,very convenient location . 7 mins to restaurants and at the lovely Puerto Calero marina. 30 seconds to a large supermarket and 1 min to a great coffee shop. One of the first villas in Lanzarote we would like to return to!"
