"This resort had so many things to do, I was never bored i my 7 day stay. They had great service, food, entertainment for th ewhole family. They had a sports bar for my husband, a kids club, a water park, and kiddie pools for he kids. They had a casino, and many stores for us who love to shop. It was amazing. "

"The resort was beautiful and extremely clean. It was hard to take a bad picture anywhere on the property. Very large property so even though the hotel was full, it didn't feel crowded at all. We rarely had a problem finding a beach chair the whole week. Maid service was really good as well. Always a clean room and restocked drinks each day. We tried most of the restaurants but we were not in the Unique package so we had to try and reserve on our own without a butler. Teppanyaki was already booked for the week by the time we checked in but everything else was available at some point during the week. Italian was our favorite but the dessert at El Charro was amazing with the melted chocolate ball over carrot cake. Coffee shop was great but the coffees are pretty small so we started ordering 2 at a time. There were only 2 issues we had at the resort. The first was the inconsistency of service. There were times when we had people constantly waiting on us at restaurants or by the pool and other days we got no drinks at all and had to settle for water with the meals at the buffets. You just never know what you are going to get on any given day. Most of the drinks rarely had much alcohol in them and not always accurate. The other issue was insect bites in the room. My daughter woke up one morning to 15 bites on her legs overnight. We asked for a new room and eventually got one but it took a lot of effort and convincing to do so. Overall though, a great resort. "

"I recently stayed at Ocean Blue and Sand and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Jairo, Luis, and Jose from the restaurant were exceptional. Their service was impeccable, and they made dining a pleasure every time. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor really stood out. Carla, the concierge, was also wonderful. She booked our dinner reservations and ensured everything was perfect for our special evening. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her assistance was greatly appreciated. The Blue Team was great with their activities, ensuring everyone had fun. The room is a little outdated but cleaned and property is well maintained. The food was excellent and has wide variety of options. Lastly, Francia from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ocean Blue and Sand for a fantastic vacation experience. The staff, especially Jairo, Luis, Jose, Carla of Concierge, Polin, and Francia, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay."
