"If you are looking for a lovely, clean, very comfortable hotel near the Madrid airport, this is a wonderful option! 5 star review ! We had a great free breakfast before flying out. Highly recommend! This hotel is not in a neighborhood. It is what you’re expect near an airport- rather industrial area. It does take a bit longer to get to the airport than you’d think because you have to drive all the way around to the other side. About 4.5 miles I believe. "

"Overall was a good place to stay. There were some issues with WiFi reception and the shower was a little weird. But it was perfectly reasonable and clean budget accommodation. And our room was very quiet at night!"

"Staff was the best part, the rest down hill....parking was full, had to park outside the gated property. Bathroom drains did not work well. Vanity sink faucet falls off upon first use, room smelled like cigarettes. Pillow and beds also smelled like cigarettes. Will not recondmend. "

"This a cheap airport hotel so its not for a romantic trip. I used it as a I had a morning flight after 3 days at a very smart hotel in the centre of Madrid. The hotel is Danish owned. The rooms are gloomy with heavy concrete pillars sprouting through the room but the shower pressure was good and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant but the fare is pretty poor for dinner and breakfast is not much better. It was however a good place to lay ones head over night before returning to the airport. Incidentally this hotel is not exactly close to the airport taking 15 minutes by cab. The shuttle must be pre booked if you are incoming or booked the night before ones departure. I read that the cost is 6 Euros and the departure time are not regular."

"El check in fue muy lento y el personal poco amable. Solo habia una persona delante de mi haciendo checkin y tuve que esperar alrededor de 15-20 minutos. La habitación limpia, de buen espacio. El desayuno que incluía mi tarifa fue bueno y completo."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a kettle but lacked tea, coffee, milk etc. the reception staff were welcoming, helpful and acknowledged us every time we went past. What did disappoint was the restaurant. It felt very uninviting and there appeared to be only two items available on the menu which were not our first choice."

"The Room was ok, bathroom was grubby. We ate in the restaurant, we ordered 2 burgers, both arrived cold. They returned with the same burgers 5 minutes later still cold. I definitely wouldn't recommend the restaurant. "
