"Keri was amazing at helping me feel comfortable during my stay. There was a few hiccups with my initial room not up to standard in terms of comfort and cleanliness but she immediately worked on getting me a room perfect for the stay. She also accommodated my late checkout and was lovely to chat with. Amazing staff really great service."
