"As this was the cheapest hotel available for my stay in Salou, I wasn't expecting much. However I was pleasantly surprised on almost all bases! The hotel is in a great location, just 2 mins walk from the main drag, and 5 mins walk from the beach. The rooms are recently refurbed and are in a great condition, especially for the little I feel I paid for them. The food was perfect for us, we travelled as two adults and two children aged 2 and 3. The kids had plenty they could pick from and us...

"Lovely stay at the Golden Costa Salou. Nice touch was a glass of Prosecco on arrival and greeted by friendly receptionists. Room was spacious and had two balconies. Food was exceptional and much of it was cooked fresh in front of you. We stayed 4 nights, I think had it been longer the only criticism would have been the food is a little repetitive- maybe having a different ‘special’ each night would have mixed it up somewhat I.e we are in Spain but didn’t see Paella!
