- An 18 m² air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2, 18 cm mattress) and TV opens onto a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher.
- Entrance hall with fitted wardrobe
- Bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), two bedside tables, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower, electric towel rail, vanity unit, shelving, clothes hooks and WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
