Klimatisierte Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.Negativ: Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber (nach unserem deutschen Ermessen) übergeben. Meine Frau hat fast den ganzen Tag komplett alles gereinigt ( inkl. Geschirr). Es war auch wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Zum Teil veraltetes Möbel und zum Teil defekt. "Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Urbanisation, also in einem Gebiet von Ferienunterkünften, aber auch fest bewohnten Objekten. Der zugehörige Außen-Stellplatz reichte auch für unseren relativ großen SUV. Zum Ein- und Ausladen konnten wir bis kurz vor die Haustür des Mehrfamilienhauses fahren. Im Gebäude sind insgesamt 12 Wohnungen auf drei Etagen. Die Wohnung ist mit einem neuen Fahrstuhl einfach im 3. OG zu erreichen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Meerblick. "The apartment was big and a nice location. But very dated . The ceiling in the bathroom had damage, as did the sofa, dining room chair and 2 patio chairs. We reported immediately after arrival, they will come and have a look, but nothing will be repaired. In one of the bathrooms the tap kept leaking, causing mold to develop. The damage was incalculable and had been present for a long time, which felt very unpleasant."
