Cosy country house "Roque Piquet". 6 km from the centre of L'Honor-de-Cos, 14 km from the centre of Montauban, 45 km from the centre of Cahors, in a secluded position, 12 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 45 ha with trees, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. 200 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 14 km, bus stop "Albias" 11 km, lake Lafrançaise 12 km.
"Roque Piquet", 4-room house 156 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Einsam mit genialem Sternenhimmel!!! Nur was für Menschen, die mit sich selbst klarkommen! Viele tolle Orte in der Nähe, einfach genial wenn man auf mal Abstand braucht… Kein WLAN!!! Fantastisch!

Schönes Haus mit Pool und herrlichem Blick

Der Blick vom Pool traumhaft, schattenspendende Bäume für die dies brauchen. Grade bei heißen Tagen (35° und mehr) ein leichter Wind aus dem Tal machen den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse angenehm. Haus mit Charakter und guter Aufteilung. Herd, Backofen (neu) wie auch die Spülmaschine in guten/sehr gutem Zustand. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war ok. Das Wasser im Pool war von guter Qualität, einzig die Mosaikfliesenfugen an den senkrechten Wänden sahen nicht so schön aus. Fazit: Weiterempfehlen

Très bon accueil des propriétaires et très serviables. Nous avons eu beaucoup de soucis (plaque vitro - douche - gaz). La maison est vraiment très agréable ainsi que le jardin et l'emplacement ! Par contre l'intérieur mériterai un rajeunissement et un changement de literie. La piscine aurait aussi besoin d'un bon nettoyage de ses murs.

Un peu isolé, mais très agréable

La location est un peu isolée et avec les fortes pluies le chemin est pour le moins scabreux. Le gîte est agréable, piscine et terrasse impeccables. Pas de connexion internet. L'hôtesse super sympa.

Erholsamer und ruhiger Urlaub

Zum 2. Mal waren wir in Roque Piquet und haben einen sehr erholsamen und ruhigen 2 wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist abgeschieden und sehr ruhig - halt mitten in Wiesen und Obstplantagen auf einem Hügel. Der Pool ist klasse! Die Besitzer sind super nett und völlig unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)
