Tiny appartement

The appartement is old and tiny, but is has a great view from the terras overlooking the beach and sea. It’s really only for two people. The 25 square meters would be enough is it was arranged properly. Because of lack of space to put your clothes away we had to live out of our luggage. Nevertheless we had a great stay.

Wir fühlten uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist schon recht klein. Für ein Pärchen oder mit kleinem Kind ist das aber völlig ausreichend. Die Zeit die wir im Apartment verbracht haben, haben wir auf dem Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick genossen. Am Strand ist Man zu Fuß in 3 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst zuvorkommen und sehr freundlich. Sämtliche unserer Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und wir haben einige schöne Tips für regionale Lokale bekommen. Kurzum: Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Appartement petit mais efficace avec vue très appréciable ! En revanche salle de bains très vieillotte, à revoir ! Carmen très gentille et disponible 👍 Propriétaire moins accessible !

Séjour l escala.

Soleil et chaleur au rendez-vous. Plage à 100m mais comme nous avons un chien, la plage est à 3 kms. Le balcon est à l ombre l après midi et le soir ce qui est agréable.

Appartement très bien situé et agencé avec belle vue mer.

Au 3ème et dernier étage d'une petite résidence, cet apt permet de profiter de La Escala. La vue mer est magnifique. Parking à l'ombre appréciable. Quartier vivant. Apt très bien équipé.

A 2 pas de la plage !

La plage est en effet encore plus proche qu'elle ne le semblait sur les photos (effet de recul). Très belle vue du soleil levant et toute la journée ! La propriétaire est aux petits soins par téléphone, et sur place, une personne peut prendre le relais ainsi que son mari. L'appartement est situé très proche de petits commerces et restaurants, une petite fête foraine (mais chère), et le petit train vous emmène à d'autres plages, sites comme les ruines d'Empurias pour 2,5€ ou 5€ par trajet selon la distance. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Attention tout de même (pour les pmr) 2 étages sans ascenseurs mais pour des personnes valides sans port de charge se montent facilement. Pas de wifi. A noter pour les familles : un centre de santé très efficace à 800m qu'on a malheureusement dû tester mais qui a été d'un grand secours (ont traité mon fils en bas âge) avec carte européenne de santé. Mise à part cela faute à pas de chance... Un très bon séjour merci !
