The apartment is located in a neighborhood community equipped with a large pool with a children's area and a completely fenced enclosure, which makes it ideal and completely safe. Additionally, it also has a children's park and a community tennis court. The community area is a few meters walking from the apartment, so they can enjoy it whenever they want and at the same time be private and calm in their apartment on other occasions.
