Nice fisherman's cottage quietly located, 600 meters from the beach, with fenced garden

Renovated fisherman's house of 66m² located in Noirmoutier in the village of L'Epine (in a dead end) on enclosed land (open view) of 360 m² with 2 terraces. 600m from the woods, the beach and the Morin marina.

Equipped for 4-6 people, all comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, orange press, croque monsieur maker, oven, TV, internet access, WIFI, electric heating, etc.

The house is made up of 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm double bed and one with 2 90cm single beds), a living room with sofa bed (140cm Poltronesofa), kitchen, bathroom with toilet and outdoor toilet. High chair and travel cot available on request.

Outside, 2 private terraces with tables and chairs, deck chairs, barbecue and parking on the grounds.

Service: Sheets, bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning can be taken care of at your expense. A deposit of 800 euros is required. The tourist tax is covered in addition by Abritel.

Maison idéal pour une famille de 4

Cadre très agréable et calme. Parfait pour notre petite chienne avec un jardin clos à l’arrière et une terrace aussi fermée devant. Il y a toujours un endroit pour se mettre au soleil où à l’ombre avec la banne sur la terrace de derrière. La cuisine est très bien équipée; il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour recevoir même! L’accès au port et aux plages de l’Epine est très facile. Nous n’avons presque pas utilisé la voiture (qui à sa place au fond du jardin) mais nos vélos. La maison est à 30mn à vélo du bois de la chaise et de ses plages, et à 20mn du bourg de Noirmoutier en l’île. Anne Sophie de la conciergerie est très sympathique et attentive. Merci à la propriétaire d’accepter de louer son logement à ceux qui souhaitent partir en vacances avec leur compagnon à quatre pattes!

Située en retrait ce qui est très agréable, proche de la plage, la maison est bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Beaux espaces extérieurs. Présence d’un escalier pour accéder à la salle de bains.

Décoration soignée, confort et équipements sont aux rendez-vous. On atteint le centre de l’Epine en 20mn à pieds et la mer n’est pas loin. Petit jardin clos très agréable

Une belle maison de vacances très bien située

La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien équipée, propre et la literie est excellente. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions d'accueil de la propriétaire. La maison est très bien située au calme et proche de la mer. Notre petit chien a également bien apprécié le jardin ! Merci à Anne Sophie (conciergerie) pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Dès que nous aurons l'occasion nous reviendrons.

Charme et bon goût bord de mer

Ravissante maison au confort et propreté impeccable pour un séjour dans une décoration bord de mer de bon goût. Les deux terrasses et jardin sont agréables et au calme .nous sommes restés sous le charme de la maison et de l île ,nous reviendrons.

Maison soignée et très agréable

Joli endroit avec la plage de la Bosse à proximité dont l’eau claire et calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration de la maison, l’équipement de la cuisine et les deux terrasses . Petit couac avec internet mais ça n’a rien gâché à notre séjour .

Logement agréable et bien situé

Le logement est tout confort et bien équipé. Nous y avons séjourné pendant 4 jours avec enfants en bas âge. La terrasse et le jardin sont un plus. Idéalement situé pour visiter l’île. Je garde l’adresse pour de futurs vacances sur l’île :-) merci Alice

Très belle location

Cette location est très bien située sur l'île. La décoration est très actuelle et refaite à neuf. Très bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine. A recommander pour décompresser. En été les deux terrasses doivent être au top !
