"The workers were friendly and extremely helpful. The place is quirky at best. Not used to having to go down 3 or 4 steps on the 3rd floor hallway, much less go back up those 3 or 4 steps (with luggage) when leaving. The location though is hard to beat. It is right in the middle of Old Quebec. I would stay there again if I made my way back to Quebec City."

"Room was large, clean, bed comfortable, large windows - I had water views which was great. Location is fabulous. Did not know about included breakfast? Bathroom average, clean, tub with toiletries supplied - no lotion though. Small fridge in room, small safe, microwave in lobby. Most of the front desk staff were wonderful. Little store attached for the all the snacks and things you may have forgotten. 2 restaurants also attached. Ribs were fab. "

"On a zéro dormit car on ne nous avait pas aviser qu'il y avait une chansonnière et que la piscine était ouverte jusqu'à 22h00, donc avec des enfants de 4 ans sur le bord du balcon, je peux vous dire que ca été très pénible! En plus on nous demande l'âge des enfants, me semble qu'on pourrait le préciser quand on arrive . Et pour l'entretien de la piscine et des chambres, un peu d'amour à mettre, trappe d'air dans la douche, une grosse trace de vieille flaque de pipi sur le matelas du lit examotable, pas de cast sur la télé ou de réseau sur la télé, bouffe pas fameuse le soir mais pour le brunch c'était pas si mal (mais le quart du staff avait l'air pas content d'être là, sauf pour 3 madames qui était vraiiiiment gentilles) Il y a vraiment place à beeeeaucoup d'amélioration. Nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel malheureusement!"

"The Hotel Port Royal is a wonderful place to stay in Quebec City. It is close to the old city and numerous shops, restaurants and shopping. The staff are wonderfully accommodating. When they saw that my wife used a mobility chair thsy upgraded is to a room more suitabe than the one we reserved. A top notch operation"

"Very clean and convenient. Parking is infront of your room for the ground floor rooms. The breakfast is not that great but acceptable."
