Outside the resort, 700 m from the centre of L'Ampolla, in a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Private: beautiful garden 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 11 km, railway station 700 m, sandy beach 600 m, shingle beach 400 m. Also in der Preiskategorie erwarte ich eine gehobenen Ausstattung und vor allem keinen penetranten Gestank! Das Grundstück und der Außenanblick sind echt toll aber innen eine Katatrophe.

Fijn ruim vakantiehuis met ruime afgesloten tuin in een rustig buurt van L' Ampolla. Ondanks vele kleine gebreken hebben wij een aangename vacantie gehad en zeker onze hond.

Mooi ruim huis in rustige omgeving.met op loopafstand winkels en het centrum. Mooie ruime tuin en geheel afgesloten voor de hond. Wel hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud,maar niet storend.

The house and location is great. It’s only to minus for this house and that is it was a lot of mosquitoes and their was no air conditioning. If the house get air conditioning I would be more than happy to visit the house again. We had some issues with the gates to the house but the support from Interhome was just amazing. They showed up and fixed the problem in 30 minutes.

Logement très grand agréable tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.Maison situé dans un quartier calme et proche de la mer ,parfait pour les promenades en famille.Piscine super, barbecue ok, 3 salles de bain donc super .Mais déçue par le nettoyage qui laissait à désirer a notre arrivée poils de chien partout sur le sol donc le ménage n’avait pas été bien fait. Et chauffage ne chauffait pas correctement donc parfois il faisait froid dans la maison,heureusement qu’on a eu du beau temps.literie a revoir

Maison agréable à vivre, spacieuse.Buanderie à part très pratique, grand hall d'entrée. Nous avons garé 2 voitures. Pelouse verte inexistante , dommage pour le charme de cette jolie maison. Point négatif : le frigo placé à l'angle de la cuisine contre le mur, ne permet pas l'ouverture du bac à légumes. Avis : pourquoi ne pas le déplacer dans le hall d'entrée très spacieux. Ballon eau chaude juste pour 8 personnes en période plus fraîche. Aucun problème pour l'été. Maison bien située pour proximité "mer - visite région - port aventura...." petit détail pour ne pas être surpris à votre arrivée : proximité d'une voie ferrée qui ne gêne absolument pas le séjour. Les couteaux pour cuisiner sont à changer (moi j'en prévois toujours 2 que je laisse sur place). Rapport qualité prix très acceptable. Accueil agence parfait.

Beautiful house and garden with a lovely pool and terrace

The house was lovely and spacious and in a fantastic position on the edge of L'Ampolla. walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants but quiet and secluded. Lovely pool and terrace. The house did not have aircon so was very hot at night and there were no fans. Lack of some basics such as no toilet paper/hairdryer/kitchen towels but very clean and well kept.

Lovely house with pool

Really spacious house with lovely pool and garden..on the edge of L'Ampolla so quiet and secluded but within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. No aircon or fans so very hot at night. Lack of some basic amenities such as toilet paper, hairdryer, kitchen towels etc when we got there but very clean and well kept.

Alles was goed in orde. Enkel de keuken zou eens opgewaardeerd mogen worden. Tevens was de staat van de tafel op het terras alles behalve in goede staat. De stofzuiger was kapot, en materiaal om zelf een beetje kuiswerk te doen was ook niet aanwezig. Als je er 2 weken verblijft zijn dit dingen die wel noodzakelijk zouden zijn. Dat We onze honden op een apart afgesloten stuk konden zetten als we op uitstap gingen was super. Echt een aanrader voor met huisdieren.
