Comfortable semi-detached villa with a simple and complete interior with recent furniture. It benefits from pretty exteriors which house a private swimming pool, a covered terrace for enjoying your meals as well as a lawn area. The sea is just 2.5 km away and the first restaurants and supermarkets are less than 500 meters away.

Separate equipped kitchen (with electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, iron and ironing board). 4 double bedrooms (with 2 double beds and 4 single beds). 1 bathroom. 1 shower room. Wifi internet.

Outside: Covered and uncovered terrace. Portable barbecue. Solarium and garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chairs). Fenced plot. Private swimming pool 8 x 4 m with Roman steps and outdoor shower. One parking space on the street and one space in the garage.
