"The management was a disgrace, like you are. We booked well in advance to find out we had no booking, had to book in last min somewhere else that we didn't want. A complete mess by them & you. Then we got charged a cancellation fee of £144.11, through no fault of ours & no-one wants to know! Will never use again, between you & that manager our holiday was ruined."

Unfortunately there was an infestation of cockroaches while we were in residence and it was clear that insufficient pest control had been carried out with only small pest blocks present. In terms of facilities and cleanliness, there was a rather dirty shower curtain hung up on the cubicle. It honestly wasn't a decent size to have a curtain instead of a partial glass wall. "Staff were very helpful. The only bad thing was the breakfast — it was a disaster. There wasn’t a single vegetable, the cereals were among the worst I’ve had, and you’d think porridge would be available everywhere… but not here. Apart from this, the time spent there was okay, thanks to the staff."
