10/10 Excellent

"It's a lovely place well maintained the chap in reception was very helpful. If you like remote places you need to visit. There is a bit of a shop in reception. But as it's self catering I would recommend you stock up as the nearest spar is 30 miles away. Hopefully we will be returning at some time."

The Drumbeg Hotel

"A nice hotel situated off the beaten track but convenient for those driving the NC500. The drive to get to The Drumbeg (I drove from Bettyhill) was incredible- and probably the highlight for me! The hotel was comfortable and had a homely feel to it but other comments of it being quite dated are right. Delicious home cooked evening meal but incredibly pricey- but seems to be the norm for hotels like these (small menu, well cooked, expensive). Hotel was quiet and had all you need for a quiet stopover."
