Family Get Together

This was a lovely place to have a family celebration for a 70th birthday. The rooms were plentiful, comfortable, and clean. The area had lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and was close enough to both Austin and San Marcos for swimming and river floating.

The coziest home away from home!!!

This property was so incredibly charming. It was clean and very kid and pet friendly. The neighborhood also felt safe which was a plus for us! The host was always very responsive for any questions I might have had. We would definitely stay here again, given the opportunity!!!

Everybody or couple had their own bedroom and there were many gathering spots both inside and outside for family to spend time together. Also the kitchen could accommodate lots of food being made for all.Great house - we would be happy to rent it again in the future.

Wonderful Property!

Stayed the weekend, it's a beautiful home, fully stocked, comfortable, and super cozy. Plenty of outdoor space with great sitting areas. Parking in the back is a bit tricky, but manageable. The downstairs bedroom is only a half-bath, so you have to go upstairs to shower. Overall great place to stay!

It felt like home.

We came in town for our daughter's wedding and had such a lovely stay at Sallie's house. Its easy to see that her house is a well loved home. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, and the front wrap around porch was so relaxing. There were plenty of towels for our big family and having 3 bathrooms meant that we were all able to get ready on time. Our daughter's wedding was perfect and our whole weekend was enhanced by choosing this property!

WONDERFUL HOME

My husband and I and my grown kids booked this house for my youngest graduation from Texas State. This house is so beautiful and its in a cute quaint little neighborhood. The house was so clean and well taken care of. We spent an evening on the front porch and it was so nice. Sally was great to work with. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Sally for having us in your house. We really enjoyed it.

Perfect Christmas Stay in a Beautiful Home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sallie’s home over Christmas! The house was stunning, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and had everything we needed for a cozy and memorable family gathering. The thoughtful touches throughout the house, like Christmas cookies and festive decor, made it feel extra special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was clear Sallie went above and beyond to ensure her guests feel at home. Lovely home with lots of room and supplies

This home is so lovely it was a joy just to see all the decorations and antiques! It accommodated our group very nicely and had lots of supplies for the time we stayed. Only thing is the downstairs area does not have a full bathroom (in case a guest has limited mobility).
