Weekend Getaway

We had a group of 6 stay here. There was plenty of room for us to all hang out. The neighborhood is quiet and its a quick drive to food and shopping centers.

Girls trip

The property was clean in a nice neighborhood. It was a $15 Uber to our concert and nightlife. We had a great stay

False advertising

The house is lived in full time and the owners leave when its rented out, at least thats the theory. Every drawer in the house was full of their stuff. The fridge was mostly full of their food, same with the pantry. A deep clean has not been performed or someone would have cleaned the light switches or the random pocket items from the headboard on the beds. If you have kids there are coasters with profanity on them and the house is decorated with half filled bottles of alcohol. The master bed matress sounds like its been around for 30 years and feels like it too, along with having only a fitted sheet and a blanket, no flat sheet, which did not seem to be washed. The outdoor area with the chairs in the picture was mildewy and the grass was not cut. Overall the place is lived in with normal cleaning and no deep cleans. If you are ok renting a place that feels like staying at your buddies house, but paying over $400 for 1 night, then this is the place. The house itself is nice and in a nice neighborhood, but felt like a much cheaper place due to cleaning and the house being full of the owners personal belongings.
