Slight walking distance to the metro stop. Quiet and clean. Stayed on 17/f so wifi was a bit buggy but reliable otherwise. A bit far from food/restaurants. Good place.

On photos the guest house looks good. But in real life it a very small room (about 2.5*3.5 sq.m) including bathroom.
