Great location right in centre of Kyiv, opposite Independence Square. Hotel has its own shelter and internal alarm system. Staff are friendly and professional. Great experience from start to finish. Would recommend and stay again.

The property is conveniently close to the city center. It’s a clean, comfortable property. The bed was excellent and the air conditioning was quiet.

This is my second stay at this hotel and still my all around best choice for Kyiv. I find the location extremely convenient to all needs in the city, with most things walkable and easy pick-up for taxis. Both the rooms and main hotel areas are extremely comfortable. I think the variety and availability of menu items and level of buffet breakfast is not quite up to where it was last time, but still filled my needs. I discovered karaoke in the sky bar Friday and saturday, which was a nice thing...

Good hotel in good location. Great bakery in basement. Bars on top floor are dodgy. Avoid.

From the moment of check-in and throughout my 4 day stay the hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was a standard hotel room, but spotless and inviting. Free bottled water daily was a nice touch. The hotel was located in an excellent street, only 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. Excellent wifi coverage in all areas.

Nothing I didn't like. Staff were friendly and helpful and mostly English speaking. i highly recommend this hotel. Great location too.
