The reception staff were pleasant and we were able to communicate sufficiently despite the language barrier. The apartment was large and in a good location. The shower was hot and powerful. The apart hotel is extremely difficult to find. There is no exterior sign to signify its presence, we found it purely from a photograph of a wooden door from a previous Tripadvisor review. The elevator did not work so every trip in and out of the apart hotel resulted in many flights ot stairs. The mattress was uncomfortable and old, with springs sticking out, causing pain when turning over in bed. The pillows were old, heavy and greasy. I would not stay here agin.

İyi lokasyonlu uygun konaklama

Konumu harika her yere yakın. Apartmanın en üst katında butik bir yer. Ancak apartman eski ve Külüstür asansörü biraz klostrofobik. Lobideki (dairenin girişi) otelin sahibi olan hanım güleryüzlü, ingilizcesi iyi ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldu ancak sadece gündüzleri orada. Akşamları lobide duran diğer personel ile iletişim kuramadık ingilizceleri yok. Odanın genel durumu ve temizlik iyi denebilir. Apart olduğu gerçeğini unutmamak lazım.

室内は非常に清潔で、サウナも使い勝手が良かった。実際に行ってみるとホテルの名前がBest Season Apart Hotelと書いてあり、不安であったが予約はされていた。受付は5-6階まで階段を上らないといけないので、荷物が多いとつらいし、中心地（独立広場の通り）からも坂を上っていかないといけない。ただ丘の上の観光地（黄金の門や大聖堂）はには近くて便利。

Super nice place and great rooms, clean and comfortable. Big minus the building turns off the elevator every evening and you need to walk up many flights of stairs to get to your room,

Great location, super clean, very friendly staff. Check in is at 2, which is fine, check out is at 12 - perfect. The only downside is the mattress on the bed - it’s like you’re sleeping straight on the springs. Aside from this - very happy with our stay!

Etablissement difficile à trouver car une petite étiquette en papier indique son existence sur une porte. C'est une personne dans la rue qui m'a dit que c'était là. Pour ouvrir une autre personne a fait un code (il était tôt le matin, c'est peut être pour cette raison que l'on ne pouvait pas entrer). Des travaux sont en cours dans le couloir au RDC. Escalier et ascenseur peu engageants. L'appartement est un vieux appartement rénové comme souvent dans ce genre de local. WIFI à la traine.... Sinon le quartier est bien.

Kötü bir deneyim

Otelin tek iyi yanı merkezi yerleşimiydi. Memnun olmadıgımız noktalara gelirsek; Otel yokuş uzerinde ve girişi apartmanın 3.katında yer alıyor.Apartmanın içi eski,ürkütücu.Asansör ilk gün bozuktu sonra da görevlinin oldugu saatlerde çalıştırdılar bebek arabasıyla zor sığdık içine çok dardı. Akşam 8den sonra çalısmıyor ve sabahları da biz otelden çıkarken yine erken olduğu için çalısmıyordu. Bebekli ailelere asla tavsiye etmiyoruz.Merdivenlerde rezil olduk resmen. Hayatımızda bir ilk yaşadık ve otelde sular kesildi.Ellerimiz sabunlu kaldık o müşkül durumda bile sise suyu parayla satmak istediler,yardımci olmadilar.Odanin içinde hamambocegi tarzı böcek de vardı. Paranızla rezil olmak istemiyorsaniz bu otelden uzak durun.

Old kyiv area, great location

This apart hotel is close to the golden gate metro station up hill or down hill to indipendence sq, we stayed in room 9 which had a sauna, you have to get reception to switch on, free WiFi the room, 1st bottle of water is free then you pay for the next. Breakfast isn't included but was available at a cost of £4, or 120 rph, the room had a queen bed large shower kettle, fridge balcony (not child friendly) with views of indipendence sq. The hotel has a lift but was shut down at 8pm to 8am as its a noisy & there is residents in the block, if you struggle with your legs this may not be for you there was 4 flights of stairs, & if you have a lot of luggage to carry it would be a few trips, reception was helpful, and there a lots of cheap eats bars and shops close by.

Property location great for tourist, mostly within 5 to 10 mins walking distance to tourist sport. Hotel need inform customer how to go in the apartment before check in because the main apartment door is lock and no instruction teach how to go in, we lucky because someone come out from apartment. Lift only operate till 8pm, so need walk up if back after 8pm. Hotel room big and clean wit free refill drinking water. Overall everything find , and staff was polite and friendly.

Big and simple apartment

We had some problems checking in because first they didn't find our booking, then they said they found the booking but it wasn't paid yet and finally they said they are overbooked and had to put us in another apartment. It didn't seem very trustful but we were actually brought to another Apartment a few streets up and after that everything worked. The apartment was very big, simple and clean, it had some cold touch though and we almost felt lost in it. It was very cheap and had everything we needed. Also the taxi service worked and we were picked up on time. It was an interesting experience.

L'hotel est très bien placé et la chambre est très spacieuse. L'hotel se situe au 3e étage et l'ascenseur était désactivé tous les jours à partir de 18h... Le lit est l'un des plus inconfortable que j'ai essayé, les nuits étaient très difficiles. L'eau dans la chambre est payante et l'hotel n'accepte que les espèces et ne rend pas la monnaie... Bref je déconseille cet hotel

Cozy apartment

The apartment we stayed in was very clean. We asked for breakfast at 9.00am every morning (delivered to your room) and it arrived almost to the minute on all three mornings. The location was our choice so i cannot complain about that. Because Kiev is a big city, some landmarks are close and some a decent walk away. Only down side. We were on the top floor and on occasions the lift didn't work. But not the end of the world. Overall 8.5 out of 10

Golden Gate

The hotel is an apart hotel and is actually the flat in ordinary bilding. Not so conveniant because of strange routine to reach your room. The shower head didn't work. The elevator didn't work several periodes during my stay. BUT... the location of the hotel is just wonderful!. Probably, the most beautiful part of the city, close to the metro, sightseeng objects, eating, opera, parks and everything.

Good enough to stay a couple of nights

All in all it was good but not great. The noise isolation was good because all rooms/apartments have double doors They had two wifi accesspoints (for both floors) with good internet connectivity Have not tried breakfast but it did not look impressive, better go and eat outside Saunas were nice and cozy Shower heads were somewhat broken but usable
