"Stayed on arrival at Entebbe and the night before a very early flight. We hit a couple of challenges. Power limitations, inconsistent WiFi and Shuttle pickup, but staff was eager to make the best of our challenges, including upgrading our room. Very handy to Entebbe airport, nearness to the Botanical Garden (more of an Arboretum than a garden), and the Zoo, also made this an economical choice . They even arranged a shuttle ride at 3 AM! "

"The Aircon was not working when asked to change rooms told all the rooms available have no Aircon working they brought a portable Aircon in the room and it was like an sleeping inside a truck with the noise it made. I had a guest visit me and the receptionist said only 30 Minutes will be allowed or we will charge extra $40 for the guest if the guest stays even 1 minute more I requested 15 mins extra but was rudely denied saying you have signed a checkin form and you should have read the policies The bathroom sink when you open the tap floods up on the top and drainage was blocked No good food menu For the price you pay and the service provided was a total ripoff "
