"Family room size was good. Stay was comfortable. Bus shuttle from hotel to airport is only at few times. It is more than a kilometre and one cannot carry luggage to that distance. "

"The restaurant was advertised as being open until 2100 on a Sunday. We arrived at 2000 to be told it had shut at 1900. There aren’t many other options in Sortland on a Sunday evening and no other compromise was offered by the hotel staff, despite the fact they were still providing food to a coach party beyond 2100."

"Perfect for an overnight stay after travelling, spacious room, comfy bed, great shower. Lovely view from the window and quiet room (ask for odd-numbered room on second floor - we were in 213). We also enjoyed the reasonably-priced food in the restaurant where the service was fast. Check in was efficient and friendly and we valued the early breakfast sandwich provided when we couldn't stay for the excellent buffet breakfast we loved when we stayed previously."
