"Disappointed in the hotel overall. Check in staff Jana was very helpful. Room was not very well maintained nor clean (dark hair on sheet). They have a ‘green policy’ to leave a card hanging on your door nob if you need fresh towels etc. We did this but it was ignored. We had to speak to reception at 5pm and were happy with the response after that exchange. Gym facilities inadequate so didn’t use."
