"Vi fick det vi behövde efter att personalen handlat det vi kunde äta. Vårt rum var fuktskadat. Hela golvet i badrum och delar av golvet i rummet hade släppt. En av oss fick en allergireaktion. Rummet hade troligen stått tomt länge då det var spindelnät och spindlar i rummet. "
