New apartment (2022) in semi-detached house located in the popular Rukariuta district. 25 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka village (West-Ruka) 3.2 km.

In winter 2025-26, the price includes 2 x lift tickets.

Semi-detached apartment completed in 2022. Ground floor 63 m² and loft 25 m².On the ground, 2 bedrooms, with 2 beds in each. IIn addition, there are 2 beds and a spreadable sofa bed in the loft (high enough to stand). A spacious terrace on the backyard. Living room/kitchen, electric sauna.

A warm garage for snowmobile (35 m²) shared with the other side of semi-detached house.
