- Stylish villa, situated by the pond Koukkulampi, scenic and peaceful location in Kuusamo (6,5 km) Outdoor and recreational areas are in the immediate vicinity. Excellent opportunities for hiking and fishing. Spa Kuusamo Tropiikki, golf course and Angry Birds Activity Park only 2 km away. Only about 15 minutes drive to Ruka.
Stylish and well equipped villa, built in 2005. Spacious and bright living room, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds, bedroom 3: sofa bed for 2, mattress for 2, combined kitchen, large utility room, sauna (electric stove), 2 showers, dressing room, large terrace.
The third bedroom has an office desk, desktop computer with external monitor, printer and scanner. The cottage has a Wifi connection, so it is well suited for teleworking, for example.
Villa is also suitable for small groups and for business meetings. Meeting facilities; internet (cable and wlan), pc, printer and photocopying. Dataprojector, screen and flipchart by prior agreement. Two TVs (65" and 32"), PlayStation, Apple Tv and electric piano.

I can honestly say this was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The property was immaculate and stunning. Location perfect and a real winter paradise. I would recommend to anyone wanting the perfect relaxing get away. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic venue like a picture postcard, we coul have asked for anything better. A great place to spend Christmas with the family and close to all amenities. I will be recommending to all my colleagues and friends and we will be back.
