Built in 1989, the apartment is a comfortable and practical base for families and groups of up to 8 guests, with a private electric sauna, an air source heat pump for cooling, and a large 14 m² glass-enclosed terrace with its own fireplace. The nearest ski lift is 300 m away across Lake Talvijärvi at the Ruka Stadium area, groomed cross-country ski tracks start right from the yard, the Sale Ruka grocery store is 1 km away, and Ruka Village Square with the nearest restaurant is 2.5 km away.

The apartment is laid out across the ground floor and a loft.

Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor has a combined living room and kitchen. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and electric kettle. The living area has a TV, a radio and a CD player. Ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are provided.

Bedrooms & Loft: There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The loft has four single beds, giving sleeping space for 6+2 guests in total.

Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom includes an indoor toilet, a shower, a washing machine and a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. Next to it is a private electric sauna.

Outdoor area: A large glass-enclosed terrace with a fireplace runs alongside the apartment. Please note that firewood is not included in the price. There is a parking area with a parking space and a car heating plug.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
