29km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village (Western Ruka) 250m. High level apartment, built in 2004 (renovated in 2012), bedroom: 2 beds (possible to make a double bed), extra mattress, living room: convertible sofa for two, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna, travel bed for child.

Construction will be taking place in the area in 2025-26, which may cause occasional noise disturbance.

Great location

Apartment had everything that our family needed. Location was great, only few hundred meters from the centre of the Ruka Village! Only minus is that there was no lamp on the livingroom roof. Kitchen had enough all kinds of equipments and plates and so on. Definetely would recommend this place if you appreciate good location.
