" stay at the Magical Pond Igloos was absolutely unforgettable. The property is incredibly unique, with huge panoramic windows that allow you to watch the Northern Lights from the warmth and comfort of your igloo—such a special experience. The location is stunning, surrounded by peaceful, beautiful scenery that really adds to the magic of the stay. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the hosts were wonderful—so attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout. Thank you for such an amazing experience. We will definitely be returning!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Ski-Inn Ruka Valley and would highly recommend it. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. Having our own private sauna was a real highlight, and the drying racks for ski clothing were incredibly useful after a day on the slopes. The ski locker downstairs for skis and poles made everything so convenient and hassle-free. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the customer service truly stood out. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We also really appreciated the clear and helpful instructions sent via text message prior to arrival, which made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant experience — so much so that we’ve already booked to come back next year!"

"Arrived very early and, after a 2 hour wait, was given early check in (3.5 hours early!). Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. "

"We stayed in the apartments, it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We used the spa and pool which we paid extra for at the main reception, which was lovely. There was a small shop within reception and a small bakery which was about a 5 min walk out of the complex, everyone was friendly, "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The resort is great for sledding and the on site soft play/activity park was great for the kids. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food and service were both good. We thought the price of using the pool was too high 65euros per day for a family of 4. Had it been half of this we would have visited."

"A lovely location by the lake with a lakeside view. Easy reach to the beach and walkable distance to the ski resort which is opened in the summer. The flat has a private sauna. Windows could not be opened which made the place very hot during our stay. Hotel staff was very helpful although the check in desk was actually a 5 min drive away from the apartment. It was difficult to find. The check in instructions could be improved by a bit more description in addition to the check in address. Overall we had a lovely time there."
