Cozy and atmospheric log cabin in a peaceful location near Ruka – perfect for families and couples. Just 9 km to Ruka Village (West Ruka) and 20 km to Kuusamo town center. The cabin is an excellent place to relax and serves as a base for diverse outdoor activities year-round. You can access nature directly from your own yard. Ihtinkijärvi is only 200 m away, featuring clear water and a gently sloping sandy bottom.

This 79 m² log cabin, completed in 2010, accommodates 7 people. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a 180 cm double bed and the other with two 80 cm beds. The open loft has three 80 cm beds. The combined kitchen/living room includes a dining area for 4 people, large windows, and a heat-storing fireplace. Free WiFi (5G) and a Smart TV are available. The electric sauna provides a good steam. Additionally, there is a shower room, utility room, and a separate toilet.

The cabin has two south-facing terraces and a charcoal grill available in the summer. There is also a carport and a lockable wood shed.

The use of the yard/barrel sauna located in the yard is included in the accommodation price. The yard sauna is available year-round, but in winter, guests need to clear the snow and make a path to the sauna (about 10 m). The yard sauna is for steaming only; washing takes place in the main cabin's shower room. The yard sauna has no electric light or running water.

The cabin has a permanently installed hot tub, which can be rented directly from the cabin owner by separate arrangement and agreement to follow the owner's instructions found in the cabin folder. The hot tub is available only during the snow-free months (May-September). Guests fill and heat the hot tub themselves (wood heating, duration approx. 3-5 hours). The price includes cleaning the hot tub after use, but guests must empty the water. Price: €150 per day, additional day €50, entire week €350 (payment directly to the owner).
