"The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "

"This hotel was fabulous. The staff were friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast was well worth it. There were two pool tables and a great infinity pool that was open till 1 AM. Our room was large with a big bed that was just a little hard. My only complaint would be the non stop techno music that never stopped in the lobby, restaurants and pool. After a while it became irritating. That said we would highly recommend this hotel"

The service was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Access to amenities was seamless, making everything easy and stress-free. Shops, restaurants, and local attractions are all within walking distance, which added to the overall convenience. A standout feature is the onsite doctor and clinic available for in-house guests, providing peace of mind for any first aid or emergencies. Overall, it’s a perfect family-friendly destination."

"We stayed in the king beach Front Room. 2 adults 1 child aged 7. Beds were very comfortable and the room had great views overlooking the pool and beach. Service and hospitality by all staff was amazing, they all make you feel welcome and go out of their way to accommodate and they are great with kids. Shout out to Denny for being great with our boy (again, all staff were good) Very family friendly. Great location close to the airport and walking distance to shops/ markets. Food was amazing at the Palms restaurant within the hotel. We will go back :)"
