"This hotel was a delightful surprise! Settled in the high altitudes surrounded by tea plantations and phenomenal scenery! The hotel was beautiful, very clean nice amenities 5* and the staff were fantastic! The restaurant food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. A fabulous hotel for a very reasonable cost!"

"No food, no water for a while until someone came to fix it, then it went off again in the night. There are very good facilities but they are not using them, which is a shame. "

"We got to the property late , we informed the desk that we are running late . Not properly maintained property . Their bed Sheets towels , pilllows are full of stain and dirty . There was a brief interruption in the internet service for a few hours, but it was resolved promptly. While there is no cellular network in the area—similar to many hilly regions in Kerala—the internet connection adequately compensates for it, allowing guests to stay connected if needed. The resort is located about 12 km from Munnar city, and the drive through scenic tea plantations makes the journey delightful. "Front desk and management were superior! The area around the properties were lovely and wild! The rooms are nestled amid the trees and the morning bird calls are so serene. The rooms are a little old-fashioned, but everything worked and the room was spotless. A great place to stay."
