"Still fairly new. Staff helpful but the front desk gets pretty busy at times. The restaurant seems better than it was a year ago when we first stayed there. We were upgraded to a room with club lounge access, which was nice. The best thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk (across the street) from the ski slopes and lesson center/rentals. Parking is not guaranteed but generally available. Room are Japanese, so smallish, but nice tub with hot water from a natural spring. "

Love the easy access to the ski mountain by foot or shuttle. Love the view of Mt Yotei from the room Love the robes in the room Love the daily cleaning so trash in the room doesn't linger Love the recyclable water bottles Breakfast buffet runs out of food before breakfast service is over, and breakfast area is super crowded and packed most of the morning"

"Two bedroom apart hotel was nicely appointed. Welcome basket with breakfast foods was a nice touch. Staff members who drove ski shuttles were wonderful. Close to lots of restaurants and food trucks."
