"Our stay at Comfort Hotel couldnt have been better. The staff were amazing, especially the headmistress. While on the outside you wouldnt know it, the inside was full marble and beautiful. We paid 5 euro a person to have breakfast included every morning, which was great. Standand balkan breakfast with hood options and fresh food. We really liked that this area wasnt very touristy when we went(in august). It felt very home-y and like we were one of the locals. "

"Great rooms, immaculate, comfortable, air conditioning good when I worked out how to work it. First remote was broken but reception quickly gave me a replacement. Rooms very spacious. Good breakfast selection. They took orders for coffee, the rest was buffet. Very helpful with taxi and directions to chemist due to me being unwell. Beautiful breathtaking views from breakfast table. "The hotel is very basic. The room lacks soundproofing, which means we hear every outside sound. At breakfast, only the fruit was tasty. The service from the breakfast staff is good. They are attentive and serve you quickly. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Berat bus station."

Parking right outside, lovely clean spacious rooms with such comfortable beds, and even though it is in the middle of everything it is quiet so you get a good nights sleep. "This is an excellent hotel. Very comfortable. The level of cleanliness was beyond anything that I have seen. It looked brand new. Breakfast was excellent too. A variety of fresh food with fresh fruits and vegetables too. Convenient location with stores and restaurants close by. Helpful staff. Very safe Area. Improvement: This is typical for Europe, but the open shower soaks the bathroom floor. The music being played by one of the restaurants or people was very loud on Saturday night. "
