I would highly tell everyone stay away from this hotel, its been the worse in my family, at first we thought people were nice but first we found a rat in our room and all they did was move us, then we got robbed they stole 1500 dollars from our room when we werent there, they didnt want to call the police for us we had to go there, and they deny showing video recording, please everyone this is not a safe hotel

Mold on the windows & mould on the curtains, mould on the shower. No staff around at pool area. Day beds are old & have no cushions. Outside the flooring is old rotten wood & is extremely dangerous to walk on. Music from night club is ridiculous. Staff weren't welcoming & grumpy. Overall Dirty & Mouldy. The room smelt. If there was anything positive? The aircon worked a treat. Wouldn't recommend it

Enjoyed our 2 week stay in Akmani Legian over Xmas and new years 23/24. Hotel was clean and tidy. Smelt a bit musty some days and no ability to open a window. Lighting was very dim. Service was awesome. Spa and massage services were amazing. Pool and swim up bar was great too.

Stay Away!!!!!! This hotel was sooooo noisy not just from surrounding establishments but from its own roof top pool.The music would begin pounding at around 2pm and not cease til 3am!!!! The manager called Agung was condescending and rude. We were moved to a small standard room downgrading from the deluxe room we had paid for with no compensation as the only solution to the noise pollution. I didn't sleep for 4 nights straight. The breakfast was below average with cold coffee, no yoghurt, had to request bacon and hardly any selection. Orange juice was not available everyday. The curtains were stained and the shower was mouldy. There was dangerous, loose decking around the pool. Room service requests were very slow to deliver. You can get much better sleep and value elsewhere.

Definitely not coming here again. The curtains in our room were absolutely disgusting, covered in stains and black at the bottom, the glass shower was very dirty and the sheets had stains. All of which were clearly a result of management trying to cut cleaning corners and save where they can. As with everyone else’s comments the place is incredibly noisy at night from the night club next door. The breakfast food was also pretty gross and on top of that there’s a very rude sign saying “Stop wasting food” right in the dining hall. I think you could have a bit more tact when trying to get people to waste less food. The only redeeming quality of this place were the staff, they were so kind and sweet. Unfortunately it isn’t enough to get me to stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights from 22nd October - 25th October in Deluxe Room, Poolside. Hotel was located in Jln Legian, Kuta and lots of shops (AlfaMart, Roadside stalls, MegaMart), Restaurants are nearby and Kuta Beach is only 10mins walk from the hotel. All the hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet, Swimming pool, Spa treatment/Massage was really nice. The rooftop bar has got a really nice view with the pool. Loved it. Concerns: (1) saw a lizard (gecko) inside the room on the first day and it was making noise when the room lights are off, was super scared that night. Call the staff immediately and they came to our room and tried to find the gecko but it has gone out by itself when we opened the door. Well, Bali is tropical and will have reptiles every where you go. It is harmless, but it’s a bit scary when they are inside the room. (2) Hotel definitely needs some renovation. Can smell the mould in some areas inside the hotel, There are rusts every where even inside the rooms, bathrooms. Also, water were bit salty from the bathroom taps and shower. (3) There is a night club close to the hotel and it’s quiet loud at night. The music goes till around 3am, but we’re lucky we didn’t hear much inside our room at the ground floor. If you walk around the hotel you will hear them. Overall, It was a good expereience and recommend people to stay here. “you get what to pay for”.

I read a lot of reviews giving this place a low score however I was pleasantly surprised the staff friendly and accommodating our room was clean and people said lots of nosie I was on the 6 level and did not hear anything slept like a baby could not recommend it highly enough and will be back again

I had the pleasure of staying in Room 111 during my visit. The room offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, but it's important to be aware that the walls are quite thin. This means you can hear sounds from neighboring rooms, such as doors opening and even conversations. If there are children around, it might pose some challenges for a good night's sleep. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was quite decent.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The only downside in my mind is the rooftop bar lights up at 830 in the morning. So if you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing place.. no.. Breakfast is pretty plain but that seems to be the norm, just leave it out if you want something good. Overall I wouldn't stay again simply because of the noise factor

I was appalled at not being able to see out of the window. Frosted flower glass windows. No block out curtains and all different lengths. No little shampoos or conditioners given. Very very noisy with doors slamming most nights and furniture scraping, noisy corridors pool upstairs is exactly knee deep. (the whole pool) Down stairs pool, got no sun. Asked for champagne glasses to the room, they don't have them. but the swim up bar had them. Go figure. asked to change rooms several times but wanted to charge us a lot more and were not accommodating at all. Were going to change us to another room exactly what we already had. No safe when i arrived had to ask for one and was not fixed to the wall.

This is the second time we have stayed,,,no complaints the first time.....looked after as i had a pool side room. But this time, not good...booked a classic room,,, toilet kept running till i pushed the button quick to stop it, air-conditioner unit outside window very noisy,,,, Window has printed contact on it,,open window,,,and the view is disgusting. Had to ask for clean glasses, bath mats weren't replaced each time, bare cleaning done,,,very disappointed. And then, check out time is 12,,,,,,i open my door at 11.45 and here is the guy to inspect my room, and cleaners ready to clean it...felt i was being rushed out. We go to Bali every yr, but will be looking for another hotel next yr

We’ve just spent 5 days at the Akmani Legian and absolutely loved the location with walking distance to cheap food, massages and shopping. We’ve just headed to Nusa Dua for the remainder of our trip and we’re already missing the hustle and bustle around Akmani Legian. Daily buffet breakfast was great value and the roof top bar was beautiful at night particularly.
