Travelling alone, I felt safe. I felt surrounded by people who cared about me. Staff remembered me from a previous stay, so also had friends. Nothing was too much trouble.

overall it's nice for the price. breakfast is decent but road to hotel is very crowded for a car. On my first day I got a noisy room and requested for a new quieter room. The hotel only managed to give me the new room the next day. Staffs are kind and helpful.

Everyone was more than willing to help with whatever was wanted or needed. Lots of Asian food at Breakfast however the chef would do poached eggs if asked. No bacon available. Noisy at night at times due to other guests and being in the heart of the Kuta night club area. Overall it was amazing, beautiful Spa and pool. Meals served by the pool. Beautiful spacious room and very clean.

Expensive for what you get. Our first room had a leaking air con, maintenance came to fix it and it still leaked, could hear the dripping during the night and had to keep a towel on the floor as I slipped on the water during the night. Could clearly see the water damage on the wall from long-term leaking. I requested a new room and was offered a downgraded room with no mention of a refund for the difference in price, ended up waiting for another room to become available, the ac also leaked in the second room however it was a lot less. The food at this hotel is terrible.

The hotel is in a good location to walk around Kuta and go to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and always there when I needed something. I got a pool side room the sounded cool but was not. The problem is in the day you hear all the people in it and at night I could hear the water spilling over the side and pumps. Also if you open your curtains the restaurant and pool get full view of you room. With the curtains shut the room was very dark.

The staff is very kind. The room was a good size and nice but when I first came to the room there was some dust where the TV is. I told the staff on my way out and they took care of everything by the time I got back. Excellent location near the nightlife but you didn’t hear any noise in the room. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Great hotel with great Staff
Harper Kuta ticked all the boxes for us, it is clean, pool at the door, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to night life, and most of all the Free Wifi was really good.

I can see why people like this hotel so much! Located in the heart of Kuta, you’ve got unlimited food, restaurants, bars, information at the door. The hotel staff and facilities were immaculate, room had very little noise from the lively party strip next door. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks Harper!

Great for young couples or a group of friends.
The location is perfect in the middle of the nightlife of Kuta. Hence it is perfect for young couples or friends. Very accessible to numerous bars and nightclubs. It is quite close to Kuta beach as well which is fantastic. Also the room condition is great given the highly affordable price tag. Harper Kuta has all the essentials one needs while having near perfect location in Kuta. Hightly recommend it.

The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast within the hotel was simple and alright. The room was sort of clean and kinda comfy looking. The Hotel WiFi is amazing and it covered the whole lobby as well.The TV channel is boring. The toilet looks nice but the showerhead is awful. The hose beside the toilet was too weak to wash anything. The hotel massage service was alright and could have been better if not for the squeaky noise. Overall, I did enjoy the stay.

The staff was great and breakfast was delicious. The only issue I had was the air condition was slow to cool the room down..but I was only staying for one night so it didn’t effect me as much.
