"Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. We had a great time. Our room was the cheapest and it was clean, spacious and well-maintained. We enjoyed the huge pool and swim up bar. There was entertainment each morning and night. The breakfast buffet was massive. Its in a very convenient spot and a short walk to Waterbom Park. "

"I stayed there for a week and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet and clean, the staff where always helpful and friendly and on my rest days when I wasn't site seeing, I made good use of the pool and hotel restaurant which to my surprise was very reasonably priced compared to so many tourist traps. It's a 20 minute walk to the beach which is difficult to do in the heat but only a 5 minute grab ride away. It's location was hidden off the main busy streets so you don't hear hardly any noise. It's a 7 minute walk away from a huge shopping mall which is tricky to get to by foot as you have to cross a busy motorway through a series of sketchy zebra crossings and there is conveniently a Circle K just outside the hotel. "

"I have no notes, the staff are amazing and accommodating, the room was clean and beautiful, the kuta area was close to the airport and lots of restaurants and shops! The room was also a great value. Next time I come to Bali, I will be staying here again."

"The room is spacious with balcony, the bathroom has both bath tub and shower. Complimentary airport shuttle is available! That saved a lot of hassle! Breakfast was decently widespread, with both Indonesian style and Western/Chinese cuisine. Nice pool area within the hotel and just less than 5 mins walk to the Kuta Beach! Plenty of food options along the streets too! Very conveniently located."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this resort. Well geared to families with pool and other activities for children. Food was excellent at 2 of 3 restaurants and reasonably priced. Staff were helpful, it was clean and quiet. Caters for all needs on site. Very central to Kuta."
