The staff and service were excellent, and the room was adequate. Breakfast was monotonous, and it could use an extra variety or two. However, most importantly, 3 things must happen before i ever book again with this hotel: 1. Hot water is a must. 2. No barking dogs at night on the hotel property. Peace is needed. 3. Visitors from a very specific country MUST be blacklisted, as they are from most Balinese hotels. They are rude, loud, obnoxious, and completely disrespectful. They lack manners, and have no commonsense. The staff and management were unable to deal FIRMLY with that obnoxious group, even after several complaints.

Shut that dog up

Good location nice room with outdoor seating for 2 and a clothes rack for drying.Wifi ok Room 207 needs a mirror over the sink as not one there looks like was in the past may have been broken..Walk to beach 5-10 minutes Sky Garden 10-15 walk.I stayed for 3 nights and each night a dog outside some street would not stop barking not the hotels fault but kept me awake maybe I was unlucky or it happens all the time..The hotel play on repeat music which is a bit annoying if you want to relax

I love the fact its cozy. But to the extend there was a 3-4 hours power trip and also the toilet is super unclean and the aircon was not working at times

Totally non professional website!

I did not stay there! I was making booking for hotel in Padang West Sumatera but somehow when I clicked on the hotel RangkayoBasa in Padang it jumped to this hotel, I was in a rush and never noticed this and proceed to confirm the booking and made payment! So upset on your misleading website! Will never want to use hotels.com again!

Good budget hotel

Good basic hotel for travellers for few nights. Pros: Neighbourhood is quiet, cheap good street food beside the hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok and they deliver to your door at your convenience. Kuta beach ten minutes walk. Cons: Room was small, without fridge and area dark at nighttime.

Clean, friendly and great value

Booked a deluxe room here for one night as I had a 2am flight. Very helpful reception staff who also arranged a driver to pick me up at 0015hours. As I was only using the room for 8 hours I think I was perhaps given a non-deluxe room as room 109 has neither a balcony/patio or Windows. The room itself was clean and modern and the air-con worked fine.

firstly, I have to say the staff are wonderful. friendly, attentive and easily accessible. The room itself is very basic, but clean. please note there is no basin, just shower and no fridge.(can use reception fridge) however the rooms open up onto a beautiful pool, with seating on front balcony. breakfast is delivered to your door every morning for $3 aud.choice of rice, noodles or toast and scrambled egg. all accompanied by some fruit (watermelon) and tea/coffee or juice. all in all very good value for money

Good location and friendly staff

My 3 nights stay was overall great. The staff was attentive and extremely friendly and provided good services throughout our stay. Nevertheless, a basin facility (in shower room) available will be much convenience. Location was great.. easy access to Kuta, shops and food stores etc. We would surely come back again. Thank you !

The shower could not move and there was no sink. Outside the window motorcycles, cars, horses and the loud music sound every night interrupted my sleep. The staff were nice and nice, but there were quite a few ants and worms :(

그럭저럭 며칠 지내긴 좋음

침대가 오래되어 쿠션 가운데가 들어 감. 전반적으로 깨끗한 인상. 별도의 식당이 없고 배달되는 아침 식사지만 그런대로 맛있었다. 비치도 멀지 않고 편의 시설도 주변에 많음. 앞 도로가 좁고 통행량이 많은 게 단점

Bonne piscine et très propre.

Personnel sympa et souriant. Bon wifi. Pour les déjeuneurs on doit le mentionner le soir pour le lendemain matin et dire l'heure que tu le veux.!! Soit américain avec 2 tranches de pain, oeufs brouillés avec une saucisse et confiture ou déjeuner indonésien... Près des restos des boutiques et 10 minutes de marche pour la plage. Très déçu de la plage c'est une poubelle c'esr très dommage parcontre il y a un boardwalk tout le long.

비행기 시간이 새벽1시45분이라 꾸따에서 하루 간편히 묵기위해 선택할 수 있는 괜찮은 장소입니다. 에어컨 있고, 침대도 깨끗해서 쉬었다가기 좋습니다. 샤워기도 있는데 미지근한 물만 나오고 뜨거운 물은 안나옵니다만, 워낙 발리가 더운 날씨라 불편하지는 않았네요. 수영장도 깨끗하니 이용하고자하면 탁월한 선택이 되지싶습니다. 공항까지는 우버 부르면 한국돈 5천원 내로 갈 수 있어 좋고 각종 쇼핑센터도 걸어서 10분거리라 반나절 즐기기에 위치도 적합합니다.

Kleines Hotel mit hübsch angelegtem Mini-Pool. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Spärliche Ausstattung, im Bad gibt es nicht einmal ein Waschbecken. Früstück katastrophal, kalte Rühreier, Kaffeee in Mikrowelle aufgewärmt( geht gar nicht; Kaffeesatz am Tassenrand und auf Untersatz).

二度と泊まりたくないホテル

はっきり言って最低のホテルでした。バルコニー付きの部屋を予約していたはずなのに窓のないスタッフルームの横の奥まった部屋に連れて行かれ、予約したのと違うというと、バルコニー付きにどうしても変えたいならお湯は出ない部屋になるといわれしょうがなくお湯が出る部屋にしました。でも部屋の中ではwifiは全く使えず、外に出てネットを使う羽目に。。 しかもバスタオルは洗濯しているのかと疑うほど茶色くぼろぼろに穴の開いたバスタオル。ベッドには髪の毛は落ちているし、血はついてるし。。もう最低でした。部屋は広かったけど全然くつろげる感じでもなかったです。バスシャワーも汚かったです。 こんなホテルただでも二度と泊まりたくないです。 ただ場所は海からも近くほどほどに便利です。

Henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä. Juuri sopivan matkan päästä rannasta ja shoppailu mahdollisuuksista sekä tarpeeksi kaukana yökerhoista ettei musiikki kuulu. Huone siisti vessa hieman likainen ja lavuaaria ei ole. Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan mainio hotelli.
