The only issue was the bathroom door — it was made of glass and didn’t close properly, so it lacked privacy. We had to take turns for showers to manage that. Access to the beach was from the top restaurant level via stairs, and getting back up was quite a hike. Most of the staff seemed a bit grumpy, except for one lovely lady named Songül, who was very helpful and cheerful."

I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English. My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience. "
