This hotel was absolutely terrible. I have no idea how the hotel ended up with a high rating it makes no sense whatsoever. We went had other accommodations all over Turkey they were excellent and this was very bad. The plumbing was bad the bathroom smelled horrible. The bedrooms were small and not clean the customer service was bad.

Kusursuz Hizmet

Hem işletme sahibi Muhammet Bey hem de bütün personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Soğuk su ikramı ile karşılama, odada yorgunluk çayı ikramı, bol çeşitli ve doyurucu kahvaltı, herşey ile dört dörtlük bir konaklama sağladılar🙏 Otel eski bir otel olmasına rağmen içerisindeki mobilyalar yeni. Odalarda kapılar ve lavabolar da eski tipteydi fakat tertemizdi. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Kuşadası’na geldiğimizde başka yer asla aramayız, kesinlikle tavsiyedir👍🙏

Es war so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Beim Check-In wurden extra Gebühren verlangt, ohne eine Quittung zu bekommen. Das Bett war schmutzig, am Bettlaken waren Körperhaare angehaftet. Badezimmer war schrecklich.

Arkadaşımın düğünü sebebiyle otele check-in saatinden önce gitmem gerekti. Tüm odalar dolu olmasina rağmen buyuk bir nezaketle valizimi birakabileceğim ve hazirlanabilecegim bir yer ayarladilar. Gün içerisinde arayıp bir ihtiyac veya istegim olup olmadigi soruldu. Geç saatte otele giriş yapmama ragmen en ufak bir sikintiyla karşilaşmadım. Çalışanlari yardimsever, güler yüzlü, otel son derece temiz ve güzel.

Hotels.com da puanı yüksek ve iyi yorumlarını gördüğümüz için rezervasyon yaptırdık.giriş yapacağımız gün aradılar. Daha otele girmeden çok iyi bir izlenimimiz oldu. Otele geldiğimizde de ilgi ve alakaları devam etti. Hepsi çok kibardı. Park yeri sorunu hiç yaşamadık, her giriş çıkışımızda park yeri konusunda yardımcı oldular. Çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. En çok hoşumuza giden konu da bu oldu. Otelin konumu çok iyi, merkezde heryere yakın.arabamızı otele park edip tüm kuşadasını gezdik. Odamız çok küçüktü. Oda içinde hareket edecek çok bir mesafe yok fakat içeri girdiğimiz an yoğun bir sabun kokusu bizi karşıladı. Çok temizdi. Banyolarında duşakabin yoktu. Fakat çok da önemli olmadı bizim için .. temizlik en önemli kriterdi ve gayet temizdi. minik bir de balkonu vardı sigara içenler için kül tablasına kadar konmuştu. Açıkçası sıradan bir oda fakat temiz ve düzenliydi. Yatmadan yatmaya kullanabileceğiniz , günlük ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebileceğiniz temiz ve konumu çok iyi bir otel. Biz çok memnun kaldık, ama özellikle ilgi ve alakaları için çok teşekkür ederiz. Biz çok memnun ayrıldık..

Noisy from guests through night & street noise. A very small room, but clean. open shower next to toilet so wet floor in bathroom area after use. Door & window fittings gaps. Staff exceptional at breakfast service. Great location for walk to beach & shops, bus connections. Felt very safe. Excellent traditional restaurant across from hotel. Was satisfied with our choice.

Good Location and Breakfast, but Tiny Rooms

Great location, tiny rooms, and street car parking (reserved by the hotel). The breakfast was very good and made the hotel stay worthwhile. It is cost-effective for an overnight business trip.
