Great location great price

For a hotel at the lower end of the price range compared to other hotels in the area and coupled with dog friendly and the location was perfect to town it exceeded my expectations the room was was nice and tidy and a nice place to stay and sleep Would book again.

Refund Request Due to Misleading Listing

Dear Hotels.com Customer Service, I am writing to raise a concern and request a refund for a recent booking made through your platform. We booked a property that was listed as a hotel, but upon arrival, we were surprised and disappointed to discover that it is in fact a guest house. This is a significant misrepresentation. When we checked the same property on other travel websites, it is correctly labeled as a guest house. Hotels.com should ensure that such fundamental details are accurately reflected in listings. We chose this property as part of our travel itinerary — our plan was to stay one night before traveling to Samos Island, then return after four days and stay another night before departure. However, due to the misleading nature of the listing, we decided not to stay at the property at all, including on our return. Additionally, the property looks nothing like the photos shown on your site. The description also claims that it is 100 meters from the port, but in reality, it is at least 300 meters away and located uphill — an inaccessible route for travelers with heavy luggage. While we understand that the reservation was made under a non-refundable rate, we believe that this case qualifies as an exception due to the inaccurate and misleading information provided. We respectfully request a full refund and ask that this listing be reviewed for accuracy to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Sıcak su problemi çözülürse fiyatını hak eder.

Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardım sever insanlar, otel odası temizlik gibi unsurlarda iyi, ama ben girişimi 20.00pm gibi yaptım ve odamda sıcak su yoktu bunu resepsiyona ilettim ve bana belediye suları kesti dediler ama soğuk su tarafı çalışıyordu yani belediye sadece sıcak suyu kesemez diye düşünüyorum, sonuç olarak soğuk su ile duş aldım ve nacizane bir tavsiye olarak otele uygun bir su deposu ve uygun boiler sistemi ile hidrafor üçlüsü bu oteli hakettiği kaliteye getirecektir ve çalışanlar misafirlere yanlış bilgi vermekten kurtulacaktır diye düşünüyorum. Yinede çok teşekkür ederim

Sahipleri çok tatlı ve yardımcı insanlar. Sadece duşta suyun tazyiği oldukça düşük. Ve konaklamanız üst katlardaysa, asansör olmaması bavullar için sorun olabiliyor. Fakat çıkışımızda kahvaltıdan önce ayrılmamız gerektiği için bizi düşünerek kahvaltılık paketleyip verdiler. Çok tatlı bir düşünceydi! Teşekkür ederiz..

Ancak 4 kisi (ikisi cocuk olsa da) icin cok dar olur. * Terastan bir cok yer gorunuyor. * Gorevlilerin bir kismi cana yakin. * Konumu carsiya cok yakin. * kahvaltisi cok zengin olmasa da yeterli idi. Eksi ozellikleri: * Havluda leke vardi. * Kahvaltilar hazirlanirken elle tabaklara konmasi hos bir goruntu olusturmuyor. * Odada ana lamba yanmiyordu. * Arac kapi onune park edilyor ancak yer bulunamazsa cok sikinti oluyor. * Banyosu cok sorunlu idi. Hem sicak su ayari cok kotu hem de su basinci dusuk idi. Tesisat da saglam degildi * Odada sac kurutma makinesi yok idi. Calinma sebebi ile konmadigi belirtildi ama diger otellerde cozum olarak sabitleme yapilmaktadir (Resepsiyondan alinabiliyor) * Odada terlik yok idi. Belediyenin yasakladigi bilgisini aldim. Ama bir cok otelde var. Plastik terlik yerine tek kullanimlik terlik ile bir sorun cozulebiliyor. * Odada su yok. Sebebini sormadim bile;) * Asansor yok. Ust katlarda kalinmqsi durimunda zorlanilabilir. Alt katta olunca da kahvalti icin ust kata cikmak zorlayabilir.

Aile ile 1 günlük yol üstü kuşadasından konakladjk. Bina Çok eski, içerisi kısmi yenilenmiş ,oldkça dar sokakların olduğu bir yerdeydi. Ciddi otopark sorunu mevcut. Ama hizmet ve güleryüz harikaydı.

Çift kişilik yataklı oda olmasını istedik ama 2 tane tek kişilik oda verildi. Birleştirin bir şey olmaz dendi. Yataklar çöküktü rahat yatamadık. Odadaki eşyalar kırıktı elimizde kaldı. Kahvaltı için manzara güzel.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, dans la vieille ville de kusadasi. Accueil parfait, séjour très reposant. Très propre, service de blanchisserie possible Boisson chaude à volonté . Au top. Seul bémol mais qui n'en est pas vraiment un, la ruelle est un peu étroite pour le passage en voiture. Ça laisse des souvenirs.

Ailecek 1 gece konaklamak için 1 olmada rezervasyon yaptırmıştık.gittiğimizde ben ve çocuklarım 1 odada eşim küçücük başka bir odada kaldı.bu durumdan rahatsız olduk. Navigasyon ile konumu bulmakta zorlandık.mahalle arası ve dar sokaklı bir konumda olduğu için park sorunu yaşanabilir. Fiyatına göre kalınabilecek bir otel.

Otele giriş yapmaya 1 2 saat kala arayıp otelde boş yer olmadığını söylediler. Benim mağduriyetimin onları ilgilendirmedigini nasılsa parayı iade ettiklerini söylediler. Hotels üzerinden yaptığım alımlarda ill defa böyle saçma bir şey ile karşılaştım. Bir sürü sıkıntı yaşayıp başka otel buldum. Burda ikamet edecek olanların kalmak için bir b planı olsa iyi olur.
