"Renovation, Renovation! I he rooms were in terrible condition, old dirty carpets and wall paper, old showers. Food is great, but the place was understaffed, we had to wait for clean tables at every meal. Beach is beautiful, but the hotel needs major renovation, and more staff. "

"What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. "This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. I miss getting wifi when I wake up in the morning, but...
