"Great place close to the trail"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Aramya Riverfront Boutique Resort. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and the pool is fantastic. The hotel also has a wonderful setting with great views of the surrounding rainforest. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful – when our daughter needed medication, they even arranged it for us free of charge. They also organised a fantastic jungle hike for our family, which we really...

"Calm and peaceful place, friendly staff, delicious food"

"We stayed in the Araliya Suite 24.2-27.2. Which was absolutely spotless and modern. We loved having our own private pool, sauna, and river view, where we even went swimming a few times. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Indunil. He arranged an adventure for us to the waterfalls, a short jungle hike, and also acted as a guide to a nearby cave. He also guided us to safely swim at the waterfall behind the hotel. And to top it all off, he arranged a candlelight dinner by the river! Five...

"Had an incredible experience staying here and seeing it in person far exceeded what I expected from the photographs. The host was extremely helpful, the breakfast and dinner was so delicious and they have all the activities to book on sight making it a one stop shop. I couldn’t have had a better experience staying here. The host Priyantha even gave me his information to what’s app him with any questions or concerns. +94 773603723"

"Boulder Garden Hotel is the most beautifull hotel I have ever been to. It is located in the middle of a forest. Except for the rooms, everything is in the outside: the restaurant is located below a huge boulder, the swimming pool is in the middle of rocks. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. The food is very good and relatively cheap (our dinner was 12 USD for two). The hotel is very small: there are only 5 or 6 rooms. So nearly all of it is there for you only. I recomend it very much. "A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. We enjoyed the food and the service was really nice and kind. Ashley is a character and brings some personality to the table. It’s very isolated but it’s possible to get a Tuktuk...

"We really enjoyed our stay at 'Forest Edge Hotel'. The location is charming with nature and beautiful views all around (I think all rooms have access to a balcony). It's far away enough from the main road that you don't hear any traffic. They also have a lovely pool. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. At least in the room we stayed, there were only power outlets with circular-shaped pins (something to keep in mind if you're used to using square pin adapters). The WIFI...

"The view was excellent. Food was great "

"The Harrington House was all we had hoped for and more. The perfect place for a quiet and restful stay in a beautiful place."
