"Flawless experience from check in to check out. The underground parking was a welcome touch, as street parking in Pristina can be a challenge. The room was spacious and well appointed. We chose to eat at the hotel’s own restaurant for the sake of convenience, and we were pleasantly surprised with great service and great food at a very reasonable price. We were happy we decided to dine in. We would definitely recommend staying here if your travels take you to Pristina."

Lift is on half landings, so be prepared to carry suitcases up a few steps. Friendly staff arranged an early morning taxi to airport for me for €15 which was useful."
