This hotel is very modern and new. It is connected with a family mart which made it very convenient to get water or food etc. The only thing is that it takes 50 minutes to get to Shibuya/shinkuku area as well as Yokohama area.

Staff of hotel were great and helpful to give us advices about the hotel stay. Communication is good as they all speak english. The room is clean and well maintained. They replenish bottles of waters once we completed. The location is great for visitors especially if you arrive at late night. Plenty of places to eat. On the first floor, the hotel connects to 7/11 store. U don't need to get out to get things from the store. there are several nice restaurants with reasonable prices. A short walk to Shinjuku station from B13 exit. Very convenient.

The room is very clean and fresh. Very close to Nagano train station east exit. Breakfast is delicious but a bit too crowded due to amount of ppl staying. Coin laundry is available on L1 which is awesome. Staff is very friendly. The only thing to be improved is bed a bit hard for me.

What i like is that it’s very near to Nagano Station - 2-3mins walk only. The size of the room was just right for 2 pax with 2 checked-in luggage & 2 carry on. Staff were very accomodating to your questions and needs. What i dont like is that, the ac is off (Autumn season)
